Space Camp Update

Please read below and respond to Mr. Balding

5th grade Space Camp families,

We have sent you an email asking your preference on Space Camp. There evidentially was some type of problem with our messaging service, so the information is posted below.

Please respond by Friday, April 3 at 5 P.M.

We are working with Mr. Murner, Mr. Bissell, and Space Camp to reschedule our trip. We are looking at Aug. 23 - 28, Aug. 30 - Sept. 4, or Sept. 13 - 18. To lock in a date with Space Camp we need to know how many students still want to go, pending everything is opened back up by then. 

Your options are to approve going on the new date, or asking for a refund. Please email Mr. Balding at gbalding@tuscumbia.k12.al.us with what you would like to do. Please include the following information:

1. Parent name:

2. Child's name:

3. We want to go to Space Camp on the new date OR we want a refund.

All refunds will be processed once Space Camp refunds us the funds, which they are saying can take 4 to 6 weeks. We also have to figure out how to turn in refunds to our purchasing office for processing.
